Why people having tatoos cant donate blood?

Because these blood may cause infection to other persons and cannot donate blood...... As the neddele of tattoos are usedfor different persons in the world ever these tattoos entering into one person's body and and and the needle going to the person's body may cause infection to the person who is who is going to be donated the blood so a person cannot have tattoos while donating blood for a person with tattoos cannot donate blood
