why people in society don't give the value to women's work

Most of women work much harder than male counterpart.Across the world the main responsibility for house work and care giving task like looking after the family, especially after the children and the sick member lies with women.Not withstanding as we experience the work women do within the home is not recognized as work.But the work done by the male is recognized as a work, because they earn money.Secondly, this work, done by the women is also assumed that this is something that comes naturally from them.Therefore the society doesn't need to be proud of it, neither they need to value/respect it.
