why people of the belgium speak Dutch french and German why not Belgian?

Flemish (Vlaams) is the name of the dialect spoken in Northern Belgium (Flanders). It resembles Dutch because it borders Holland. In the south bordering France (Wallonia) they speak Walloon. All post signs and street names in the capital of Brussel (Vlaams) or Bruxelles (Walloon) are written in both French and Dutch.
