You must have seen when you achieve success, do some good work ,or when your birthday falls or you achieve brilliant marks people wish you by saying this beautiful line " May god bless you ". Actually it's way of expressing their concern from us. It's just a way of wishing . It's a very common english expression .

Sometimes this english expression is used by the people when you sneeze . You know why do people say this ? Actually people say this usually because when we sneez , our whole body parts stop working . Even our heart also. That's why people say this.

 Simply this expression is used by the people for wishing . People say this  because they they show their concern for us. They pray for our bright future and for our welfare . This means " Bhagwaan tumhe khush rhkhe " in Hindi.
