People think about the person who abuse is uncultured and mannerless becoz in our Indian culture abusing is not humanity...

People who abuse dont like by other people who is not like them....abusing person is called bad and mannersless....

Our Indians manners are say to dont abuse anybody........

And our culture mean Indian culture dont allow us to abuse anybody...

.Person who is not able to speak english is called backward becoz of mantelity of people for them english is more important than person behaviour....than person manners...than persin nature...

Even people are only like to talk with the persons who is relate to western culture or....give importance to western culture...english is also relate to western culture....By the way its our country complosary language...
