Why people with high blood pressure sweat a lot?

It seems high blood pressure need not  cause  more sweat.   The excess sweat could be due to some other reason.

When high BP persons do work, they may be exhausted faster, they may be needing to cool more and so sweat glands produce more sweat.

sweating is due to  pituitary gland or thyroid.   sweating excessively is not a direct consequence of  high BP.
