Permanent tissue haven't the ability to grow because Because they lose the ability to divide during the differentiation process and are modified to do some specific function.

Why permanent tissue haven't the ability to grow?

Due to following reasons:

[1] Composed of single type of cell.

[2] Do not have ability to divide further.

[3] They produce permanent tissues.
