why plant cell have few large vacoule but animal cell have small vacoules

because plant cells have to store much more larger amount of food as compared to animals

Actually plant vacuole help in storing much of food and water and also it provides stiffness. In animal we have other cellular organelles that can be used for storage purpose so animals don't have larger cells
