why plant exhale Co2 in night?

Plants not only release the carbon dioxide during the night but they also do the same during the day time. They do this in the process of respiration. Another process, photosynthesis includes the inhaling the carbon dioxide.

Because they produce food in day time as it provide sun rays.. so it exhale oxygen..

But in Night.. they can't get any sun rays so it exhale carbon dioxide

There are some trees which also exhale oxygen in night...
