why plants are not found in ocean beds

Ocean water contains a lot of salts dissolved in water which is not suitable for plants.Also there is less availability of sunlight in deeper layers

In ocean water there is lot of salt and this type of water is not suitable for plants and another reason is there is plenty of sunlight.
