plant are the living thing like us.They maintain the the cycle of carbon dioxide oxygen in nature. They provide us various product like wood, paper, rubber ,furniture, food and many thing necessary for life.

If there wouldn't any plant or tree since ancient time the balance of carbon dioxide and oxygen would be improper and one day there could be 0% of oxygen on the earth. There would be only non veg food without plants and trees on the earth.

Plants are the sources of oxygen. They release oxygen which is necessary for the survival of living beings including humans, animals etc. Humans release carbon dioxide and take in oxygen released from plants. Plants are important to maintain a balance among creatures, to maintain the cycle as everyone directly or indirectly is dependent on others. If the no. of plants will be reduced then it will lead to global warming which in today's life is happening a lot. So afforestation must be preferred to keep a balance.
