PLASMA is a ionized gas which consist of equal no.s of positively and negatively charged electrons. These ionized gas at high temperature are found everywhere in the universe in the form of stars. So, it become common state of matter in the universe, but not in the earth.  Bose Einstein condensate (BES) is quite uncommon because it occurs under extreme conditions.
