why plasmodium divide in a liver cells​

After arriving at the liver, Plasmodiun takes a part of the cell membrane to form a small sac inside the cell. This sac is known as vacuole. It provides a safe harbor while the parasite grows and divides by stealing nutrients and proteins from the host cell along the way.
