Pluto does not counted as a solar planet because to be a planet it is most important to follow the three rules these are:-
1.Orbit the sun .
2. Its shape must be in round due to gravity .
3.it Can attract any area object or any body .
Pluto can follow the first and second rule but Pluto can't follow the third rule so that it is not counted as a solar planet .
hope it will helps you .
