why pluto is not considered as a planet

because in 2006 the new definition of planets were introduced and Pluto doesn't fit in it....it is very small , doesn't have fix orbit... now Pluto is counted in dwarf planets

Pluto is not considered as a planet because it is not fit in the new definition of planets as it is very small and also does not have a fixed orbit . So, now it is considered as a dwarf .
