The polarising power of Cation depends on its size and the charge density.
Smaller the cation with the greater positive charge more will be its polarising power.

As Cu+ ion is smaller than Na+ ion and thus the charge density of Cu+ ion is greater than Na+ ion resulting in more polarising power Cu+ ion than Na+ ion.
