Polio drops is not given to children suffering from diarrhea because it will take time to get into work and the vaccine given will be of no use because the virus of diarrhea will block the working of polio drops as it causes vomitting.
In a medical condition like diarrhoea, the defecation process is increased. Whatever a body intakes is released out quickly.
Polio drops comprise of attenuated polio virus which when given, a large portion of it needs to stay in the intestine for long periods to show its results that is not possible with a medical condition like diarrhoea.
