Why pollution is increasing in Slum areas ?

the government should not taking it's responsibility of slum areas and the pollution is increasing day by day.
the people living in slum areas doesn't know about pollution
they should get awareness about pollution
and heavy wastage from urban areas are thrown in to slum areas and some industries or factories wastage materials also thrown in to slum areas

Slums usually have low quality of living life style.
They don't have proper method to disposal of garbage.
So Water bodies are polluted much due to over garbage disposal on water bodies.
No proper care is taken to the surrounding environment.
Improper drainage system.
