First of all, Delhi has more population than Mumbai. The main factor of pollution of Delhi is that, There are a lot of Farmers in Punjab. And as there are lot of Farmers there are lots of farms. And in one season every year, they burn there crops. So all the smoke goes away to Delhi. Because, Delhi is really close to Punjab. That's why there is more pollution in Delhi then Mumbai.
