Answer is as shown below

Mainly when Plaster of Paris is prepared at 100°C not above 100°C its mainly because it will lose water of crystallization and will form anhydrous calcium sulphate.

Answer:

Pop ( Plaster of Paris ) is prepared at 100°© because ; when it is heated above 100°© it losses crystallization and forms hydrous " Calcium Sulphate " and become like dough ! Hence ; it losses weight & become porous ! Hence ; it is used as in building sculpture as big size !
