Potassium is a very reactive element while platinum is a very stable element..........When a reactive metal like potassium react they are able to reduce easily......When a less reactive metal like platinum react they are unable to displace ..........

Potassium has most reducing because it is placed on top of reactivity series and platinum is at least
LI is strongest reducing agent and FE is strongest oxidizing agents
