hey mate,

india is a prosperous country, developing at a reasonably good rate. but still, whilst the rich are getting richer and richer, the poor are pushed out of all comfort. it is mostly because of all the superstitious emotional and religious beliefs.

from the very beginning, we were highly caste based people, foreign religion hating people. other countries put yheir differences behind and worked together, but, I personally still think india has not attained equality. and until it does so, the slums will remain the same..
