The complete edifice of democracy is based on sharing of the power - from the way I look at it. Now is it needed and can the spirit of democracy be evolved with sharing of the power - I don't think it is possible.

One problem is there in democracy - only RICH ( be it RICH by wealth, or be it RICH by knowledge or be it RICH by followership ) get to decide for the entire population. That way the decisions always favor RICH and appears very capitalistic. Some how I never liked that. I always believe - we need to earn our food ! Not that we should live on our parents wealth or other's hardship. Where as democracy actually protects that inverse interest of the same. Any way - there is nothing much that can be done' about it. As majority always wins not only in Democracy but every where !

If we have to look at the power and implications - power is most a subjective time. To me appears it is that element of RICHness - by wealth, knowledge or followership.. People are successfully manipulating the democratic governance through those. And Governance in a way is kept amenable for the RICH..

Summary - is POWER SHARING needed - yes, that way there is a spread.  But still I don't know if that model is completely successful in helping the cause of Democracy ! May be with technology and other means - we need to revamp the models of Democracy as well - so the POWER SHARING is much more LOGICALLY and STATISTICALLY even, which is not the case today !

in power sharing the power is equally shared among citizens. everyone is equal bfore the law. every individual gets his share in power sharing.so it's based on democracy
