the Prime Minister will not knew our problems so the powers are shared to MLA And MP to slove our problems

power sharing is good because:
- it reduces the possibility of conflicts between different social group
-prevent groups from overstepping their rights to enchance their power
-power sharing is not shared, imposing mejority over minority will seem attractive for some time but it will disturb the unity of the nation.
- power sharing is the spirit of democracy
