Nowadays, USA is one of the developed countries. It has “vast fertile plains” and “extensive grasslands”. The Prairies of USA are located in the interior of continent. It experience an extreme type of climate. Winters are cold and summers are hot here. There is a limited amount of rainfall during the summer season. Due to its extreme soil and climatic nature, the growth of wheat and other grains are enhanced. That's why, Prairies of USA are called breadbasket of the world.
