The agricultural products are mainly dependent on natural factors like rainfall, sunshine and climate. If climate, temperature or rainfall is not in favour then production will be low and if these things are in favour then production will be high.
FOR EXAMPLE:-In dairy we are dependent on the biological process of the animals.

whereas manufactured goods are dependent on the industry's production which produces their products by the help of machines only.

SO THIS IS THE MAIN REASON THAT PRICES OR PRODUCTION OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS FLUCTUATES.
