Why programing after algorithem and flowchart? why not before?

See if you have a small problem then, you can handle it easily. But, in terms of big programs or making an application it caontains several problems.
So, to overcome this problems you need a strong planning no matter after that, while executing the planning (Algorithm) you might might face problems. But, this is not the actual meaning of algorithm or flowchart.
We use flowchart & algorithm to simplyfy a problem.
Algorithm is the solution of the problem.
Flowchart is the steps of solving the problems by using the algorithm.
