because it looks very odd when u use a same word many times. so instead of that we use pronouns like he , she , it , they so that sentence looks nice.
example- Ram is a boy. Ram is nice. Ram is handsome.
and instead using Ram again and again we will write
Ram is a boy. He is nice . He is handsome.
and same with the case of other sentences also.
