Why propene reacts with hbr to give isopropyl bromide but not n propyl?

it s done through anti markonikoffs rule...the addition of protic acid takes place at the double bonded carbon atom with more no of hydrogen atoms....
this is done by free radical mechanism...
occurs in presence of peroxide
