public facilities are neened for the development of country because if all the facilities are there then the mind of people will change
1) toilets facilities:- if toilets facilites are there then all the ladies and gents use toilets insted off farms and roads.
2) education facilities:- government should provide education for the poor people and children for the advanced development in future.
3) encouraging people:- government should provides some awards and prizes for the people who follow rules and who do good work.
