Why pure acetic acid does not conduct electricity ? ​

pure acetic acid exists as a dimeric and hence can't dissociate into ions. For this reason it can't conduct electricity. Because for conduction ions are required so water is added or any other solvent in which it will dissolve to give free ions(charge carriers).
