Why pure acetic acid does not turn blue litmus to red?

Pure Acetic acid is very weak acid. It does not dissociate completely. Thus, it doesn't have enough [H+] concentration, so it can't turn blue litmus red...

Its chemical formula is CH3COOH.

It is a very weak acid so that's why if it is pure it doesn't turn blue litmus to red..
