pure acid does not conduct electricity but it is aqueous solution.these are charged special and this capable of conducting electricity.this dissociation into ions does not occur in pure acid and hence they not conduct electricity

Pure acid is called glacier acet acid ,it cannot conduct, electricity because is does not contain water and cannot dissociate into hydronium ions and acetate ions .

Where as in the others hands,acetic acid in water can conduct electricity because it can split up into hydromine and acetate ions
