why q and w are state functions in isochoric and Isobaric process respectively​

Explanation:

Q=∆U for isochoric process. ∆U is state dependent. So you may say Q is a state function.

In the isobaric process, the work done by the gas on its surroundings is W=P(Vf−Vi)=nR(Tf−Ti)

w depends on temperature hence can be treated as a state function.
