Why qualitiv education is not provided in government school

Quality education isnt provided in the schools implemented by government beacause of many reason ..which includes ..many scenarios of government activities such as ;
GOVERNMENT IGNORING GOVT. TEACHERS

Government with comparison with other govt services pay less attention to the govt teachers .....i e . sometimes they hav less salary sometimes delay in the reach of salary ...also many other activities ..even though it also includes one reason that proper management isnt present in the govt school services ...
In govt language ...Govt teachers are calles "Shikshakarmi" ..who not only teaches in schools but also work on various govt activities like ...during the time of election nd so on ...here Shikshakarmi are normally provided with facilities or sometimes not ..or simply lured during the time of election which can be normally said as Politics ..

IMPROPER IMPLEMENTATION

ONE of the main reason in govt services is that they lack proper implementation which slows their work nd lead to various problms..
Similarly Education management of india too hav the same problm ...sometimes various officers wont check their areas education system ...sometimes they are bribed to change the names of the contestant selected for particular teacher seat present ..nd so On


there wud b many reason behind no quality education in government schools..but all of them obviously lead discontent among the teachers leading them to less interest in their work nd hence not providing quality work
