This is because carrots have more beta protein than oranges.
Beta proteins are a class of proteins which have orange colour

Firstly, A class of chemicals called carotenoids creates many of the bright pigments in plants in the yellow-red range. Beta - carotene is bright in colour which are contents of carrots while they are not present in oranges.
Hence, Carrots are more orange in colour than Orange Fruit
