When you want to change your field. Suppose you’re working in an audit department and you don’t want to continue in audit anymore, because you’ve had much of it, you can think to change your job and your responsibilities as well. People generally change their fields when they want to get a knowledge to something new in their professional career and mind you… the recruiters love to see that people are interested to give a shot in the profile, they are recruiting for!! They like to have new & energetic minds in their job profile.
When you think, the company, in which you are applying, has a good opportunity for you to grow, because of the increased goodwill & expansion of the business of the new company (in which you are applying). People will get attracted towards a company that has a good potential to grow & would love to work for these companies, so that they themselves grow with the company!!
The other option would be a role change that you need. You may get a good role in the new company as compared to the one you are working in!!
