➊. lack of maintenance.

➋. human error or sabotage.

➌. transport of dangerous cargo such as oil etc.
↪in March 2015, 39 dead and over 150 people injured in Dehradun Varanasi Janta Express train accident in UP.

✯PREVENTIVE MEASURES:

➊. do not smoke in the train.

➋. do not carry flammable materials while travelling.

➌. do not pull the emergency code unnecessarily.

➍. pay attention to signal and swing barriers at railway crossing.

Rail accident occur because of overspeeding in turns , applying emergency brakes in higher speeds sometimes human can do this rail accidents like giving signal wrong , giving wrong of track switching and drivers overspeeding at bridge. sometimes bridge has broken drivers can not see they increasing speed and accident occur. we can save ourself from rail accident . i can not say about saving our life from a rail accident
