Why rain water when falls on ground is not suitable for washing?

Rain water is clean at first but it becomes waste water after falling on ground and mixed with pollutants . due to stereotype of rainwater our precious organic water resource becomes dirty wastewater . also it gives rise to all water problems and energy overuse .
