A desirable thing is what feels useful to us. Rainfall is called a desirable change bcuz it is helpful/useful to us. it helps us in the growth of crops. Rainfall is very important for the survival of plants and animals. It brings fresh water to the earth's surface.

If there is excess rain, floods take place which make the life of affected people miserable.
