Answer:

A very good morning to one and all present here. Today I am going to recite a speech on protection from mosquitoes. Mosquitoes are a source of spreading many diseases like malaria, dengue, chikungunya etc. which might prove to be fatal sometimes.

After the rainy season is over, mosquitoes start breeding. This increases the rate at which they multiply which means there are more mosquitoes in our surrounding specially the unclean ones. Mosquitoes roam about freely in the environment and can bite any individual at any time because they have to do so to breed. Usually mosquitoes that spread diseases like malaria, dengue and chikungunya tend to bite during the morning hours or at night and usually in parts of the body below the knee. Mosquitoes also have different species and each type causes a different disease. Few methods of protecting against mosquito bites and preventing diseases include the use of mosquito repellent creams which are easily available these days. This should be applied in any uncovered body parts. One must wear clothes that cover almost the entire body if they live in areas with too many mosquitoes. Also, use of mosquito nets is a good way of preventing mosquito bites.

As said, prevention is better than cure which means we all must be precautious enough to prevent the causes of diseases rather than fighting them after being affected. There are many vaccines and medicines available that protect against disease causing mosquito bites. Therefore we must all protect ourselves and our families from mosquitoes and diseases caused by them.

There is humidity in the atmosphere during rainy season which is a favorable environment condition for mosquitoes to breed. Hence, it's advisable to keep all the doors and windows closed during rainy season, mostly in the evening time and keep yourself safe from rainy season diseases.

Most of us do not enjoy this damp weather, but this spring rainfall helps set mosquitoes up to thrive all summer long. Wet weather conditions give mosquitoes bountiful opportunities to find standing water to lay their eggs on. When warm weather follows the rain, mosquitoes are able to proliferate even more rapidly.
