why RBC are suitable for the transport if oxygen in rhe body

coz they contains heamoglobin which cn attach o2 with it easily

Because RBC does not have a nucleus when it matures and also it does not contain any mitochondria, and it is oval biconcave in shape for maximizing surface area ... therefore it is highly energy efficient carrier of oxygen.
