why re-exam for delhi and harayana it should for all over the parts of the country

these are following reasons for the need of conducting exams all over the country
* it is announced that these papers are shared in whatsapp and other social media therefore ,there is a very good chance of spreading these papers all the country despite of level of paper

* people think that cheating should not be a way to score good marks in exams...they feel marks must be fetched by hard work but not cheating

* according to the statistics in 2006 and 2011 there was a same issue and re-exam was conducted to the whole country.

the government took a good decision for Re exam and it conducted the Re exam only fr two state it is nice
