In recruitment management seacrching for prospective employees amd stimulating them to apply for jobs in the organisation which considered as positive process but on another side in selection we choose prospective candidates from the pool of applied candidates at the stage of recruitment hence it considered as a negative process

Selection- In case of selection the best candidate is identified for the job. this involves rejection of more and more candidate so that best  candidate may be identified, making it a negative process.
