Human eyes can see light rays between 400nm to 700nm.
When the a rays of light passes from one transparent medium to another it's capacity to deviated depends on the medium and the colour of the light ray. Ray of red colour is 700nm and therefore it deviate the least whereas violet is 400nm and it deviate the most.

Hope this helps!!!!
