Why removal of wax layer too often will raise incidence of ear infection?

The moisture is maintained by the wax present in the ears and by removing it too often the interior of the ear may become dry and thus irritate the skin and cause infection

  2. These glands help to keep the ear canal lubricated prevent the dust and other particles from entering into the ear canal called Auditory Meatus.
  3. If we remove wax layer is a disease like formation of pus, infection of serum ect.., may be caused by bacterial and fungal infections.
