Why reserve bank of india do not print a lots of indian currency?????

Printing of money is a step that no country will take unless absolutely necessary.
India can mint money when they want to but it would devastate the economy.
Some effects of printing money would be:
1) Inflation throughout the country
2) Decrease in the labour force and therefore, decrease in production
3) Sectors like railway, banking, etc. that provide major contributions to the economy would be greatly affected.
