Why resistivity does not depend on length and aresa of cross section?

resistivity of a material is depends on its nature, temperature and on other properties.

or we know

Resistance is proportional to L/A
so when we remove proportionality sign...

constant rho comes= resistivity.

so resistivity is constant that's why it doesn't depends on any other factors.
