Explanation:Well, yeah, electrical resistivity doesn't depend upon length and area of wire

We know that R=rho×l/A

Rho is a constant of proportionality in this case

In simpler words, electrical resistivity is a term used to express the resistance offered to a current flow by a conductor of length=1m and area of cross section=1 sq.units.

IT IS A CONSTANT FOR A PARTICULAR MATERIAL!

Happy learning!

P.S

sorry,I can't find the symbol of rho in my keyboard
