In general, the right mainstem bronchus appears to be a more direct continuation of the trachea than the left, which may partially explain why the right lung is more prone to infection

Right brochi diameter is more than left bronchi
and Right bronchi is running parallel to tracheal passage but left bronchi is little far away from the trachea
